How does the Price Match work?
We are committed to providing the best value for you. We boldly guarantee to match any price on any identical item or apples-to-apples print product. By apples to apples, we mean that the specs of the product must be an exact match to what we offer here at QPS. If you purchase an item from us but find that same item for a lesser cost within 7 business days, reach out to us and we will refund the difference.
What competitors will QPS price match?
We will price-match any local or online print vendor based in the United States. We will also price-match items that are sold and shipped by Amazon.com (Amazon marketplace sellers are excluded). Online companies from the United States that are obtaining products from overseas are excluded from our price match program.
What items does QPS price match?
We will price match virtually everything we sell. The item/product must be identical and produced in the United States. The item must also be in stock and available for purchase.
Which items and services are not available for price matching?
We reserve the right to reject a price match request for a competitors’ grand opening, anniversary, clearance, liquidation, “Black Friday” or “Cyber Monday” sales. This does not mean that we always will, but we reserve that right. We also cannot price match taxes, warranties, blatant typographical errors, special contract prices, or credits.
